Job Summary:

Local Property Management company is seeking a skilled full time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8-4:30, Fridays 8-3:30 (paid for the extra hour). Medical, dental, vision, and sick time is offer after 90 days of employment, vacation time after a year.

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to communicate well with management, staff, and residents.

2. Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

3. HVAC certified (preferred)

4. Reliable transportation.

5. Must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience.

6. Must be able to be on call every other week including weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.

-Plumbing and electrical repairs.

-Light drywall repairs.
